I recently utilized the services of this biotech company and found them to be quite average in their delivery. The website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, providing useful information about their services. However, I did find the customer service to be somewhat lacking and the response time to be slower than expected. While their expertise in biotechnological strategies is evident, the overall experience left much to be desired. I hope to see improvements in their customer engagement and communication in the future.
