As a customer, I have mixed feelings about At&t Executive Education and Conference Center. On one hand, their location is fantastic - right in the heart of Austin, Texas. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and state-of-the-art technology. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed uninterested and unwilling to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant experience. Overall, it was an average stay.
