I recently visited this physical therapy center and found the staff to be knowledgeable and professional. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I appreciated the individualized attention and personalized treatment plan. However, I was a bit disappointed with the scheduling process, as it took longer than expected to get an appointment. Additionally, I found the waiting area to be a bit crowded during peak hours, which affected the overall experience. Although the care and expertise provided by the therapists were commendable, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of organization and customer flow. Overall, my experience was average, and while I received quality care, there were some logistical issues that could be addressed for a smoother customer experience.
