Showed up twice for court date 2 months apart, bot...

Showed up twice for court date 2 months apart, both times got sent back for missing information although I have submitted all. They keep coming up with more things needed and delay final decision. There s no communication from the court to the people whatsoever of what is required or missing. What s the purpose of asking for most up to date info if they don t make an attempt to follow up.
