I recently tried out a trading platform from thinkmarkets.com and I must say, my overall experience was quite average. The website was easy to navigate and had a clean layout, which was a plus. However, I found their customer support to be lacking in responsiveness. It took quite a while to get a response to my queries, which was a bit frustrating. The trading features offered were decent, with a good range of options available. However, I felt that the execution of trades could have been smoother and more efficient.
