I recently used their software, and I found it a bit underwhelming. The user interface is a bit outdated and not very intuitive. 🙁 Additionally, the customer support was slow to respond to my inquiries. On a positive note, the software did perform its basic functions adequately, and the pricing was reasonable. However, with the current competition in the market, I believe there is room for improvement. I hope they can update and modernize their software to stay competitive in the industry. Overall, it's an average experience with potential for improvement.
