On April 7, 2016 my mother, Linda, had a stroke which required two brain surgeries within 8 hours of the other. She received top notch care in ICU, Neuro and Rehab. Our experience has been exemplary from the surgeons, doctors, nurses, aids, housekeeping, etc. We always were informed of what was happening and if the person/people helping us didn't have an answer, they followed through to get the answers we needed. My mother still has a long way to go in her journey but I am confident that Owensboro's professionals will work hard to get her home very soon. Thank you all for your hard work!

A very special thank you to the following individuals who I personally dealt with at the beginning of my mother's illness (please forgive any misspellings): Dr. Eggers, Dr. Weaver, Dr. Gamble, Anessa (RN), Karen (RN), Amy (nursing assistant), Genieva (nursing assistant), Tammy (nursing assistant), Doug (Chaplain), Matthew (Chaplain) and the ER staff. The level of care and compassion was amazing and we all appreciate everything you did for my mother and family!
