I recently engaged with this software testing partner for my project. While their website promises top-notch services, I found the actual experience to be average. The communication was not always clear, and it felt like there was a lack of attention to detail in the deliverables. The team was responsive at times, but there were instances when I had to follow up multiple times for updates. On the positive side, they did show a willingness to address issues and make improvements. However, for the price I paid, I expected a smoother and more thorough testing process. Hopefully, they can work on refining their processes and communication to better serve their clients. 😐
