purchased a chair through a rewards program. Picnic Time is the fulfillment shop. They shipped my item to the wrong address (completely different state). Reached out to them and no email response. no call back after phone message. Had to call them again. Shannon gets the call. First she tell me that i gave the wrong address. Then they finally do one minute of research and realise they made a clerical error. They refuse to expedite the item as i needed it for a trip. Now miraculously they claim the item is on "back order" and they cant do anything at all. I told Shannon I would take a different color as it is offered in multiple colors, and she tells me they won't do that either. Great customer service guys. I wish I could treat my customers that way and get away with it. Funny that they are "on back order" but show in stock on their amazon store.
