During my trip with Barzan Travel and Tourism, I was disappointed with the overall experience. The lack of communication from the company made it difficult to understand the tour itinerary or make changes. The guide was helpful, but the quality of the accommodation was below my expectations. I hope the company takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements.
