I've emailed them about issues with one of their properties and have gotten exactly zero response. There are various bug infestations (including those that drink your blood while you sleep). These infestations are not isolated to the group of four I live in but throughout the complex; I did my homework. I got inspection and treatment documents from pest control and knocked on a bunch of my neighbor's doors. As for our group of four, they charged us all around $800 for treatment even though three of us eliminated the problem from our units which stemmed from another unit covered in these bugs! They waited almost a month to provide treatment causing a great deal of anxiety. Also, there is flooding during heavy rain in multiple locations just in my unit alone from improper drainage on their roof. In turn, the flooding in my unit causes flooding in the unit below me. They don't care, their people at the property site (Park West Apartments) don't care. Avoid any place with Monument as the management company; negligent to all end!

PS - I refuse to call and get more undocumented lies. Just answer the emails that the executives have been cc'd on for months!
