Best car dealer I have worked with!!!! Troncalli will make a deal that is way to good to be true.. they will promise and verify the deal is real, you will go home and clean out your truck and remove every personal item then drive to the dealership and sit for hours upon hours and wear out two phone batteries trying to keep your son occupied. When you finally get to the finance office to sign the paperwork the deal you were promised and guaranteed will quickly disappear and a new one put in its place that is significantly higher then you agreed too. Then the finance guy will tell you that they simply didn t look at the sheet you submitted and showed what you could afford, then tell you that you will have to come up with the difference to make the deal work. So long story short if you want to be greatly disappointed after being presented a new vehicle then having it ripped out from under you then go to Troncalli where the deal will last only till you get to the signing table!!

However the salesman was very pleasant and accommodating. Just completely disappointed in a deal they couldn t live up to.
