I am not a polytechnic student and this is my first time visiting Batam Polytechnic because there is a need. but just entered the security guard was striking with words not comfortable just because of wrong entry into the lane. even though I didn't know where the entrance was because I first visited. not being told well, but instead being given words that are not pleasant to hear. beg the campus to educate security guards too. because security guards are the first party to meet when you first visit to ask for information and so on.
