English is my second language and I am not so good at it.
I am glad that my bad English with funny accents amused and entertained Miss Thomas while we were talking on the phone.
Chuckles I heard over the phone when I spoke with accents were not what I expected from a government worker.
A person who works in the place with so much authority with so little sensitivity is scaring.
