I recently attended a course at ayurveda-akademie.org and had a wonderful experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and passionate about Ayurveda. The course content was well-structured and easy to understand. I particularly enjoyed the practical sessions where I got hands-on experience. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience.
