Poor communication, unprofessional, unable to reac...

Poor communication, unprofessional, unable to reach anyone for days, sometimes even weeks or months. For simple questions regarding a party that I've paid for in full. No hours left on voicemail secondary phones number which is someone's cell is always off and goes straight to voicemail, doesn't respond to text messages. No email communications. Stressing, All while I'm pregnant. Way too stressful for no reason. Very disappointed.
