Asked for a full refund of our booking from 26/12/...

Asked for a full refund of our booking from 26/12/20-5/1/21 due to COVID-19 and was advised that a refund would not be provided but that we could transfer our booking for travel up until December 2021, with the exception of travel during peak period. Our original booking was during peak period, so I find it utterly unfair they would not allow us to rebook for the same time in 2021. When I again asked for a refund due to their inability to transfer our booking to our preferred date, was advised they would not be providing a refund and would not allow us to cancel our booking. Terrible customer service, complete lack of empathy and failure to act in good faith and do the right thing.
