I've been a customer of Breakpoint coaching for a while now, and I must say that their services are average. The coaching sessions do help me in setting goals and improving my work-life balance. However, sometimes I feel like the sessions lack depth and could be more tailored to my specific needs. Overall, I would say Breakpoint coaching is a decent choice.
