If I could give Digital Link 10 stars I would. My employee at that time was struggling with cyber security issues, and when I expressed my concerns to Derrick at Digital Link, not only did he take time out of his day to fully understand the concerns that were presented to him, he did so with such patience, genuineness, care, and concern. Often times, I find individuals in the tech industry to be quite awkward to talk to, but when meeting Derrick, he was personable and spent a lot of time educating us on computer safety. The knowledge that they have on computers, internet, and just anything technology based is incredible. Derrick also got the computer in the best shape of its life. Thank you Derrick and Digital Link for being such a hero!
