Who's smart idea What is it to replace the concrete/metal water meter covers with plastic covers? When it rains and the water flows down the street like a small river during monsoon season the plastic covers are pushed out and then the water meter area where the new Wi-Fi system that was installed to track our water usage is now filled with the brie, garbage and whatever the water drags down the street! What an odd most idiotic stupid, moronic! This is how the city of Tucson deliberately spends money on the most idiotic and unneeded items....
