The yoga classes at sacredstreamsyoga.com were absolutely wonderful. The instructors were professional and the atmosphere was calming. The studio is clean and well-maintained. I always leave feeling more relaxed and centered. The classes have greatly improved my flexibility and strength. Highly recommended!
