I had mixed feelings about Frima. While the products I purchased were of decent quality, the customer service left much to be desired. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and the representatives were not very helpful. Additionally, the website was a bit difficult to navigate. Overall, I can't say I had a great experience with Frima.
