I recently used the services of Building Solutions Integrated Design-Build for my basement renovation. While their work was satisfactory overall, there were some minor issues that caused delays and required additional attention. The team did address these concerns eventually and in a professional manner. The final outcome was decent, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of better project management and communication during the process.
