I recently got new windows for my bedroom from Windows By Zager. The installation process was hassle-free and the windows look great. However, I did encounter a few issues with the customer service. Some of my queries were not properly addressed and there was a delay in responding to my emails. Overall, it was an average experience working with Windows By Zager.
