Driver cut off a sedan while driving a utility truck. Driver did not use turn signal or hand signal to show he needed change lanes. Sedan was in the space he needed. As he came over. The sedan slammed breaks with children in sedan. Obviously a cdl driver with no training or care for safety. Plate PJF8160
