Working with Jim for an unplanned replacement of a heat pump that had some added complexities was an excellent experience. He explained everything well, took care of planning and coordination, and was always very responsive. Everyone in the team was competent, reliable and friendly. It was reassuring for me to know that I could rely on their expertise at all times. I'll continue using Central Cooling and Heating for my maintenance plans as well.
