I bought some software from an online store recently and I must say, the experience was quite disappointing. The website was easy to navigate and the prices seemed reasonable. However, the product I received was not as described and when I contacted customer support, they were not helpful at all. They were unresponsive and it took them forever to address my issue. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
