Jackson Writing and Research is an average writing and research company. The quality of their work is decent, but nothing extraordinary. I had an okay experience working with them. Their customer service was responsive, but I expected a bit more professionalism from them. Overall, they got the job done, but I don't think I'll be using their services again.
