I had an average experience with Thrive Entertainment Nashville. The website robertbacon.com is easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I expected more from their customer service. The staff was not very friendly or helpful, and it left a sour taste in my mouth. Overall, the company is decent, but there is definitely room for improvement.
