Absolutely horrible place. Customs officers are out of order. I was shouted at to remove all my jewellery. Also had to remove even tampons!!!from my pockets as well in front of everyone!!! I came here for holidays after the cancer treatment and not to be humiliated at the airport like in some times of war. I traveled across the world and this is the second time this airport in still communist like Poland forcing to remove all the jewellery. Non other airports had this kind of communists like customs with rude officers. I was absolutely traumatised. Scanning of the jewellery on the person could be also more than enough, but no I had to remove all of it. As I said I was came here for holidays after the cancer treatment and I was ordered like a dog by this absolutely disgusting people. Avoid this place at all cost. I will not forget this completely unnecessary humiliation like treatment.
This is the second time it happened here. First they also insisted to remove all my jewellery, but then after I protested the lady scanned me with a real attitude. This time they were even more nasty ordering me as I said like I was a dog. Like I said even forcing me to remove the tampons from my pockets arguing it doesn't matter they were not metal coins. And it was in front of everybody. Hope they all will receive the same treatment one day. This is the first airport out of many that has this happening. This is not a welcoming place to visit.
