I had a pretty average experience with Progress in planning, inc. The company website progressinplanning.com is easy to navigate and has a lot of useful information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and didn't provide satisfactory answers. Overall, I would rate them as average.
