I have been using Voxel (Internap) for a while now and I must say they are an average hosting provider. The server performance is decent, but there were a few instances where I experienced downtime. The customer support is responsive, although the response time could be improved. Overall, Voxel (Internap) offers a satisfactory hosting solution.
