The overall experience with Blackboard Connect has been great. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. The customer support team is always available and helpful. The system is reliable and we have never experienced any downtime. We have been using Blackboard Connect for several years now and it has greatly improved our communication with parents and students.
