The customer service at Keefers Inn is average. The staff was polite and helpful, but there was nothing exceptional about the service. The room was clean and comfortable, but it lacked some amenities that I would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I've had better stays at other hotels.
