It was my dad"s wish to stay at home. My siblings and I didn't think it was the best idea. We interviewed a few Home Care companies and decided on Heartland. My dad is a "mans man" and didn't want a lot of help, but as time went on he came to enjoy having company to watch old war movies with, a tidy home, transportation and fresh cooked meals. His medication was taken due to the reminders of his caregiver.
All of the above made us happy and definitely lighted our load. We are able to just sit and visit with our dad and not race around making sure everything was taken care of. Thank you Heartland!
