Where do I start? IF YOU CAN AVOID BUILDINGS THAT THIS COMPANY SERVICES, DO SO!
This management company is terrible! I currently live in 123 PLG and I am absolutely disappointed in this companies service to my building. They do not communicate, they have not helped the residence at all during the transition of the opening of this building and have lied on multiple occasions. To be factual these are the current issues with this company:
1. When the gym opened in March the hours were 11-8pm because LIVuntld did not have staff to come and manage the building amenities
2. When the state begin to reopen in phases I sent countless emails asking what the building would be doing to reopen and take social distancing measures. They said and I quote There lawyers has advised that we stay closed
3. With the building closed the management company has put no social distancing protocols in place to reopen. For example July 4th our pool should be open as the state has opened state pools however, the building pool is closed.
4. There is no plans to open the gym or amenities at all. This management company is unhelpful
5. Also most importantly keep in mind this management company will be charging residence additional fees to use the amenities.
6. For the July 4th holiday they took the door knobs off all entrances so the residence would not be able to go outside. These is extreme!!! And I am disgusted at these actions. We never received an email stating the anything. They literally took the door knobs off the doors and taped every entrance
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING DUE TO THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY
