It finally happened, a bike shop that actually cares about customers and not just the bottom line. I bought a beautiful specialized road bike last year from these guys and although I had a great time buying it from them I have had an even better time every time I go back there for service. They know me by name and are always pleasent. It doesn't hurt my experience that when I take it in the tunes are FREE> Yup, I said free. If you buy a bike from these guys you get a lifetime of free tunes. I am not the most avid biker, but I have Never heard of any shop doing that before. I did the math and at 75.00 per tune if I go there enough I will earn my bike back. Go there, you WILL NOT be disappointed.
