Over the past several of months I was looking at engagement rings and found nowhere that was as helpful as Henne in this purchase. The sales man I was dealing with was the sales manager and he truly made the experience amazing. He took the time to educate me and worked hand in hand with me through my options as we were selecting rings. I have gone to several different jewelers when I was shopping for this ring and it was the quality of Henne's rings that made me fall in love -- however, even more than that their service was the best I came across -- never once did I feel pressured to make a decision and I was always made to feel that my business was truly important to this gem of a jewelry store in the heart of shadyside...
