The experience with Perfect Memory was alright. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. The product arrived on time and was as described. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a while to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, an average experience.
