This is absolutely disgusting, I can't believe this is a first world Nation, clearly something's wrong here, who am I supposed to contact when I have a question regarding my benefits if there's no one to call or email? The State is quick to take that tax money from you but when you need it, they are nowhere to be found, shameless!
