I've been a customer of Shephrds Knoll Homeowners Association for several years now and I have to say, they have been nothing but excellent in their service and management. From the moment I moved into the community, they have been responsive to any concerns or questions I've had. The staff is friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure that the neighborhood is well-maintained and safe.
