I had a mixed experience with Gepco s.p.a. Overall, the service was average. The website gepco.dz was easy to navigate, but the customer support was lacking. The response time for my inquiries was slow and I often had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, once my issues were escalated to higher-level support, they were resolved quickly and efficiently. I appreciate that the company took responsibility for their mistakes and worked to rectify them. Overall, I would rate Gepco s.p.a as average.
