I bought a rare guitar online from Elderly ... at least I thought I did, got an email confirmation and everything. I was very excited so a few days later I emailed them to ask when it would ship and was told that it would ship that day and that I would receive a tracking number by email that evening. Didn't hear anything for nearly a week so I emailed them again to check the status. A short while later I got a phone call and was told that there had been a glitch in their new computer system and the guitar had been sold. It wasn't much of an explanation but since the guitar was gone, I let it go at that. They did offer me a "good deal" on any other guitar but I specifically wanted this rare, out-of-production model. To add insult to injury, later that day I got an automated email asking if I was still interested in that guitar. This was also explained as a computer glitch. I hate to leave a bad review, they seem nice enough, but they clearly do not have their act together when it comes to online sales.
