Must have been a 45 minute wait Stood in line be...

Must have been a 45 minute wait Stood in line because had friends visiting. Workers in the back standing around watching made it that much worse. Plus no limes - not because they didn t have any but because they weren t cut. Total bummer. Desperately needs mgmt and ops changes.
