The flooring I bought from one of there dealers is...

The flooring I bought from one of there dealers is crumbling and falling apart. My dealer says the install and subfloor are good. Yet the distributor says they won t warranty it because they have sold over a 100k sq ft of this flooring. I beyond disappointed and plan to review them and my dealer on every board and have contacted BBB to try and resolve this. I m tired of waiting cause I have 2 babies that can get cut or injured from the flooring falling apart. It s a Disgrace that they won t warranty or refund.

Update- 6 months and have gotten no where but them wanting to spend more money. It s a disgrace that I had to get legal and have someone take up the case

Update- ended up coming short on the money to take it to court. But was able to get some help from home depot and get flooring discounted and using some coupons and my life proof flooring is going on a few months and no issues, by this time my rock lock had failed. Only plus side it took me just short of 20 min to tear out 1400 sqft cause of how brittle. But still sad a company sells such a deplorable product and refused to take samples to see how bad it was. Wanted me to have it lab tested to see the issues. Excuses excuses.
