I'm pleased with the service provided by Informant. They have a user-friendly website, and their ebook collection is extensive. The customer support team is responsive and helpful. One thing I appreciate is their frequent ebook recommendations based on my interests. However, I have encountered some issues with the downloading process. Despite that, I would still recommend Informant for a variety of ebooks.
