I recently had a consultation with Dr. Ashwitha Francis and I must say, it was an average experience. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and professional, but I felt that she lacked warmth and empathy. She answered all my questions, but I didn't feel completely satisfied with the consultation. The office staff, however, was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Dr. Francis as average.
