I've been a customer for about ten years and have been very happy with the quality of their products and good service. Unfortunately, I got the wrong size panties, and tried to exchange for a bigger size. To my surprise they don't accept returns/exchanges, that is very understandable for hygiene reasons, but I wish that I could give them 5 stars but you have to be more clear and specific about your return/exchange policy. The lady in the front desk highlighted my receipt where they specify about their conditions and you can hardly read the note. Please let the customer know about it before you sell it!
