I decided to try permanent makeup for the first time and chose Permanent Make Up By Dawn based on the positive reviews. I'm so glad I did! The entire process was comfortable and painless. The technician did an excellent job with my eyeliner, and it looks so natural. I no longer have to worry about smudging or reapplying eyeliner every day. I highly recommend this place!
