I had a mixed experience with Pumpworks 610. While their technical expertise was exemplary and the repairs performed on my pump were precise, their customer service left much to be desired. The representative I dealt with was rude and unprofessional. However, their pricing was reasonable, so I am giving them an overall positive rating.
